He inspects your property, personally handles move-ins and move-outs, assesses necessary repairs and oversees each vendor. Kathryn Humbert Ries |
Kathryn has been in property management over thirty years. She has experience managing condos, duplexes, four-plexes, single family homes, as well as commercial and office properties. She was an assistant manager of a large apartment complex and portfolio manager of a Homeowners Association management company where she managed several large condo associations. Kathryn has also been in real estate sales over ten years, selling homes and income property in San Mateo County, Sacramento County, and Placer County. Before entering the real estate sales and property management business, Kathryn worked in the construction industry over twenty years, the last seven years of which she was the Owner/President of her family's contracting business. Additionally, she has renovated several single family residences. Kathryn received her BS in Business Administration & Economics from the University of Notre Dame in Belmont, California. She obtained her Brokers license in 2003.
